  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return.

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash (for COD orders)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
